Alena Chalfant
Alena has been part of Team Tarter since 2014 and now serves as Vice President of Operations. She is involved in all areas of Tarter Realty’s operations—from meeting clients and coordinating logistics to supporting them through the often stressful stages of a real estate transaction. Alena works closely with the team to ensure every client feels valued, cared for, and confident in the process.
Her dedication to both her career and community has been recognized over the years, including being named Young Professional of the Year by the Winchester Area Chamber of Commerce in 2014. She has also served in leadership roles with Winchester Main Street, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Optimist Club.
Outside of work, Alena enjoys an active family life and stays involved in her kids’ activities—often cheering them on or helping coach when she can.
